WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you want to cancel, let us know and we will send you a package to deliver our knives back.

CAN I CHANGE PLANS AT ANY TIME?

Whenever you change your plan, it'll take affect after the month ends and we give you your new shipment.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCT I GOT?

If you aren't satisfied with the product, let us know! We would love to do whatever we can to make sure that you're satisfied with what you received.

ARE THE KNIVES I'M RECEIVING CLEAN?

Yes. The knives are sanitized before they're sent out.

HOW MANY KNIVES DO I RECEIVE EACH MONTH?

3 knives, nice and sharp.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY KNIVES?

If you lose your knives, no big deal. We can send you a new set next month, no problem.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

We send you three knives, nice and sharp. After a month, we send you three different knives, nice and sharp. With it comes a mailer to send the old knives back.

CAN I SWITCH PLANS?

You can switch plans any time. The change will take place the first shipment that is made after you change your plan.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE THREE PACKAGES?

The only difference between the packages is the color of the knives. They all send three knives, and are otherwise the same. The only differences are the colors and the prices.
